Spacious room with a lovely view, and the large, comfy bed ensured I got a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was a highlight, with indulgent pastries that were good. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times, which disrupted my ability to stream or work . I noticed limited power outlets near the bed. The overall experience was good but could use some improvements in those areas.

The breakfast was just as expected from a top hotel in Ukraine, it means awesome.
Prices in the local restaurant were a bit too high.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful (allowing us to check in many hours early upon arriving on an overnight train) and everyone had at least a basic understanding of English. The location of the hotel is excellent, a short 5 minute walk into the main heart of Lviv. The breakfast was plentiful and we had our choice of several options each day. The price was outstanding. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with our choice of hotel while in Lviv.

Limited power sockets near the beds can be a hassle for charging devices. The window in the Standard Twin Room felt small, likely due to the mansard floor placement. The Wi-Fi's inconsistent performance during the night disrupted entertainment options.

A smiling attendant who spoke very good English greeted us. By the time we checked in, which only took a few minutes, we were shown to our room by the hotel doorman Our suitcases had already been whisked to our room - number 302 which was like an apartment. It consisted of a very large air- conditioned bedroom, two very comfortable joined beds (typical of European hotels) with tv, another room with a sofa, tables and tv, and an immense modern bathroom. Breakfasts were off the menu but huge, fresh and tasty! The location is perfect too - close to the main square and other sights - everything is within walking distance. We had a problem with our train ticket to Kiev. The staff personally took care of it quickly. Awesome service. The Chopin Hotel is great!

Great service. Convenient location to Old Town. Facility is nicely rennovated - quite pretty. Good breakfast. All for a reasonable price.
Website should contain map - hard to find initially when driving into city. Gps did not recognize "Malanyuka Square" as address. I had to ask several people on street for directions, and finally one kind police officer asked at the tourist information booth and they were able to show us on a map where to find hotel.

The location is very good - walking distance to the city center and many other sites, and at the same the hotel is located in a quiet part of town, so we did not hear much noise from the street especially at night. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice.
Our room which was on the top floor (4th) has high windows from which we could not see the outside view except the sky.
